* The rates listed are for rental for the whole villa
* Minimum stay in low season is 3 nights
* Minimum stay in high and peak season is 7 nights

Included the rates are the following services :
- Welcoming drinks and refreshment towels on arrival
- Daily breakfast for each person
- Daily afternoon tea/coffee



Please note that a deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of definite booking, and the remaining amount is due 30 days prior arrival.
