Booking Conditions
- To secure your booking a deposit of 50% is required within
7 days of definite booking.
- The remaining amount is due to 30 days prior arrival.
- Booking made 30 days or less than 30 days prior to arrival,
full payment is required within 7 days of definite booking;
or on arrival if the booking less than 7 days prior to arrival
- Payments can be made by bank transfer into our account.
- All bank charges incurred for Bank Transfer transaction will
be Borne by the hirer.
- We regret that credit cards, personal checks, and traveler
checks are not accepted.
- A security deposit is required for the villa of €200, and
will be requested by the villa-manager on arrival and will be
refunded in full on the day of departure, unless damages/repairs
need to be performed, in which case refunds will be made, less
the cost of damages.
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, deposit
will be refunded in full less €200. In the case deposit is less
than €200, the cancellation is subjected to a complete forfeiture
of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are
subject to a complete forfeiture of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are subject to
a complete forfeiture of the deposit and final payment.
- There is no refund if, through no fault of the Villa, guests
leave before departure date once their stay has commence.
- We confirm all cancellations. If you do not receive a written
confirmation of a cancellation it means we have not received
your cancellation, are still holding a booking and will charge
accordingly.
- Bookings are final after confirmation and the receipt of
your deposit.
- Final payments are non refundable. We recommend a cancellation
insurance.
- Check in time is from 10.00 am
- Check out time is 13.00 pm
- Late check out is 15.00 pm - possible if no other guests
arriving on that day.
- Late check out until 18.00 pm will be charged 50% of nightly
rate; after 18.00 pm will be charged at full nightly rate.
